| Descrição: | EMENTA
Compreende assistir os pais, familiares e/ou cuidadores informais, incluindo-os no contexto do cuidado de Enfermagem. Promover o treinamento dos pais, familiares e/ou cuidadores informais referente aos cuidados requeridos pelos pacientes, visando à manutenção dos cuidados após a alta hospitalar. Realização do processo de Enfermagem e/ou consulta de Enfermagem com foco familiar e/ou no cuidador informal. OBJETIVOS • Assistir os pais, familiares e/ou cuidadores informais, incluindo-os no contexto do cuidado de Enfermagem. • Promover o treinamento dos pais, familiares e/ou cuidadores informais referente aos cuidados requeridos pelos pacientes, visando à manutenção dos cuidados após a alta hospitalar. • Realizar o processo de Enfermagem e/ou consulta de Enfermagem com foco familiar e/ou no cuidador informal. METODOLOGIA Os alunos serão inseridos nas atividades desenvolvidas junto aos pais, familiares e/ou cuidadores informais nas diferentes unidades da Instituição. PROCEDIMENTOS DE AVALIAÇÃO Contempla avaliações bimestrais, além da interação com profissionais da equipe multidisciplinar, com seus preceptores, pacientes e familiares.
