This course offers an immersive experience in clinical ophthalmology at the Hospital das Clínicas of the University of São Paulo Medical School (FMUSP), the largest university hospital in Latin America. International students will observe and discuss the diagnosis and management of common and complex eye diseases across different subspecialties, including retina, cornea, glaucoma, pediatrics, and oculoplastics. Emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary care, clinical reasoning, and exposure to high-complexity cases typical of a public tertiary hospital in Brazil.
