EMENTA:
Objetivos
O objetivo do CEPI é o de preparar, capacitar e habilitar os participantes na busca das melhores soluções para casos complexos de reabilitação oral recompondo o sistema estomatognático. A realização é atingida por meio de ensinamentos científicos e tecnológicos atualizados, visando atender os requisitos biostáticos e biodinâmicos necessários para o perfeito funcionamento entre as próteses, fixa, total e removível realizadas, convencionais ou sobre implantes. Além disso, grande ênfase é dada ao desenvolvimento de pesquisas, principalmente clínicas.

Finalidade
Aprimoramento e ensino da reabilitação oral, dentro de uma visão integrada e multidisciplinar agregando alunos inscritos neste Programa de Atualização com os alunos da pós graduação strictu sensu e, também, com outros Cirurgiões Dentistas de outras áreas e Especialidades. O objetivo além da transmissão do conhecimento é o de gerar conhecimento, por meio de pesquisa, sendo estas constituídas, principalmente, com ênfase na clínica. Assim, o CEPI se propõe a ser um centro de excelência em prótese e implante, dentro da filosofia de interdisciplinalidade e muldisciplinalidade, transferindo o conhecimento cientifico existente e o que ele gera, para a comunidade odontológica e à sociedade, em forma de divulgação, por publicações e, pela extensão, no atendimento à comunidade, com casos mais específicos que atendam o perfil clínico estabelecido para a seleção dos pacientes e que atendam aos requisitos dos projetos de pesquisas existentes.

3.Metodologias laboratoriais de pesquisa sobre implantes
4. Atualização dos conceitos e técnicas de Cirurgia guiada para implantes
5. Planejamento protético visando reabilitação com implantes
6. Reabilitação de edentulos totais
7. Implantes em áreas esteticas

OBS: As aulas teóricas ministradas são mutáveis e dinâmicas, atendendo às necessidades clínicas, de pesquisa e nível de conhecimento dos participantes, assim como, para atender a necessidade de conhecimento dos avanços tecnológicos.
