| Descrição: | OBJETIVO(S)
Capacitar o dentista, especialista em Ortodontia, quanto ao protocolo de condutas reabilitadoras das fissuras labiopalatinas com foco no papel da Ortodontia na equipe multidisciplinar. JUSTIFICATIVA Esse curso apresenta o potencial de contribuir com a formação do Ortodontista quanto ao tratamento de pacientes com fissuras labiopalatinas e anomalias craniofaciais associadas e ainda capacitá-lo quanto ao tratamento de más oclusões complexas. METODOLOGIA Atendimento e acompanhamento supervisionado de procedimentos de avaliação, planejamento e tratamento ortodôntico de pacientes do HRAC/USP. Participação em seminários clínicos, discussão de casos e procedimentos ortodônticos, além de todo tratamento multidisciplinar com a equipe do HRAC-USP. PROGRAMA - Atividades clínicas no setor de Ortodontia do HRAC-USP: acompanhamento das atividades clínicas; participação nas atividades clínicas; execução do tratamento ortodôntico pré e pós enxerto ósseo alveolar; acompanhamento dos casos ortodônticos. - Atividades no atendimento multidisciplinar do HRAC-USP: ambulatório de avaliação e diagnóstico com toda a equipe multidisciplinar, quando houver indicação da coordenação; acompanhamento dos casos cirúrgicos (pré e pós-operatórios), quando houver indicação da coordenação; acompanhamento das cirurgias da Cirurgia Plástica, Cirurgia Craniomaxilofacial, Otorrinolaringologia e Cirurgia Bucomaxilofacial, quando houver indicação da coordenação; acompanhamento de outras atividades ambulatoriais na Divisão de Odontologia, quando houver indicação da coordenação. - Participação nas atividades de seminários clínicos e teóricos. - Participação em atividades teóricas, clínicas e laboratoriais na área de Ortodontia da Faculdade de Odontologia de Bauru (FOB-USP), quando houver indicação da coordenação. - Participação em outras atividades relacionadas: colaboração em projetos de pesquisa; aulas de professores convidados; participação e atendimento nos programas especiais organizados pelo HRAC-USP; participação e colaboração em cursos e eventos científicos da área, por indicação da coordenação.
