14 - Justificativa do Curso
As iniciativas de atualização de professores possibilitam a apreensão de novas competências pedagógicas e técnicas e conhecer novas e ativas metodologias de ensino-aprendizagem. Sendo a simulação clínica uma área, ainda que remonta no tempo é considerada na atualidade, emergente, pelas tecnologias inovadoras que estão imbricada nessa estratégia e pelos referenciais teórico-pedagógicos que tem embasado a simulação em saúde/enfermagem na atualidade. Os docentes e pós-graduandos (futuros docentes), muitas vezes, não se encontram preparados para assegurar todos os aspetos que a envolvem. Deste modo é imperativa a formação dos formadores que irão desenvolver e manter atividades simuladas no processo ensino-aprendizagem juntos aos estudantes para formação destes e junto à sua equipe de saúde/enfermagem para educação permanente em saúde e em enfermagem.
A formalização destas formações em simulação tem sido desenvolvidas por vários Centros de Simulação Internacionais, de modo a garantir uma aprendizagem rápida e eficiente por parte dos docentes, fornecendo-lhes as ferramentas adequadas para desenvolverem os seus próprios cursos e oficinas de simulação, assim, a presente oficina/curso de atualização é baseado nestas formalizações, tendo sido adaptado às necessidades e realidades do presente público.

15-Objetivo
- Discutir a importância da simulação para a educação em saúde/enfermagem;
- Distinguir os diferentes tipos de simulação e simuladores;
- Identificar os diferentes elementos de uma simulação;
- Participar de simulação de média e/ou alta fidelidade: preparação, cenário e debriefing;
- Experienciar o papel de formador e de formando na simulação em enfermagem.

16. Programa completo (com ementas e referência bibliográfica atualizada)
Ementa: Introdução à simulação em saúde e enfermagem. A estruturação de prebriefing em simulação clínica. Aspectos do design de simulação – construção de cenários de simulação. A importância do debriefing para a aprendizagem mediada pela simulação. As principais etapas do debriefing. Prática simulada com prebriefing, cenário e debriefing.
Metodologias de ensino:
Metodologia ativa no processo ensino-aprendizagem com apresentações teóricas, discussões, reflexões e atividades práticas de prebriefing, cenários e debriefing em grupo, em laboratórios de simulação.

Avaliação:
Avaliação será formativa.
