Descrição: Esta aula abordará o avançado conceito do modelo de potência crítica como ferramenta fundamental e acessível na análise do desempenho esportivo. Os alunos explorarão os princípios teóricos subjacentes à potência crítica, compreendendo como os cálculos relacionados a esse modelo são realizados. Também serão discutidas aplicações práticas do modelo de potência crítica na prescrição de treinamentos, estratégias de competição e monitoramento do condicionamento físico.
