| Descrição: | OBJETIVO(S)
Estudar o protocolo de condutas reabilitadoras das fissuras labiopalatinas com foco no papel da Ortodontia na equipe multidisciplinar. JUSTIFICATIVA Formar o aluno com capacidade crítica para o diagnóstico, prognóstico, definição de condutas terapêuticas e execução do preparo ortodôntico pré-enxerto ósseo alveolar. PROGRAMA - Cirurgia bucal nas fissuras orofaciais. - Embriologia das fissuras orofaciais. - Etiologia e classificação das fissuras e síndromes. - Tratamento cirúrgico das fissuras: queiloplastia; palatoplastia; faringoplastia; rinoplastia; cirurgias secundárias; retalhos bucinador, língua, lábio. - Enxertos ósseos: primários; secundários; tardios; com finalidade ortodôntica e/ou para colocação de implantes. - Distração osteogênica. - Cirurgia ortognática: tratamento das deformidades congênitas.
